We pride ourselves on offering quality skincare and grooming accessories, but sometimes things can go wrong or customers  change their minds. 

We accept returns on our items within 30 days of purchase, with return by mail.

Items must be unused and unopened, unless faulty. 

Please get in touch with us to arrange a return/refund./label.

We aim to provide a refund within 7 working days, subject to these terms and with no restocking fees.
