Where is my order? Contact us if it's not arrived, we'll make it proper for thee.

Can I collect my order? Nay, not as yet. We are too busy mekin' stuff.

Are you're products vegan friendly? All except the Tallow Balms.

I've seen things like this on Temu, why are your products more expensive? We use locally sourced high quality ingredients from NZ,

hand-crafted in Christchurch in small batches. Beware that products 'born' in New Zealand probably aren't made here  - also there are no artificial nasties

or petro-chemical stuff inside our products! We are all-natural and proud.

The wax is rattling round the tin, have you shortchanged me? No, we  carefully measure out the ingredients, with weights varying from 51 to 54g  into our 50g products. The rattling is because the product has become cold and has shrunk, coming away from the sides of the tin. Pop it into a nice warm room before use.

Are the products tested on animals? All products have been tested on real folks, nay tha's pets.

Why is your shipping priced so much for a few tins? Sadly everything has gone through the roof in the last few years. That's the actual cost of a courier and we prefer not to use slightly cheaper postal providers with lesser reputations. 

Has tha nowt moist? Aye, curry sauce or thick gravy.
